Returns, Exchanges + Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all products are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. This includes our handcrafted soap dish and decorative trays, candles and wax melts, subscriptions products, bundles, sale items, gift sets, limited/seasonal products and our skin and hair products. We encourage you to read products reviews where available and/or read full product description including ingredient list before purchasing.

Customer satisfaction is one of our top priority, so if there is an issue with your order or there is something not up to your standard, please send an email at orders@elosa.ca, so it can be made right.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for products purchased from our retailers. 

Damaged Items

We have no problem replacing products that were damaged during transit. To be deemed damaged, the product must be broken and/or unusable. If your order is damaged please email orders@elosa.ca with order number and photo's of damaged product(s) within 7 business days from delivery. Your item(s) will be replaced and/or a store credit will be given to you. 

Due to the natural soft nature of our coconut wax, we are unable to accept returns due to "dents" or aesthetic issues such as broken pieces of wax melts in packaging or melted wax on surface of your candles. These minor visual defects does not effect the quality of product and can still be effectively used. 

Missing or incorrect Items

Although extremely rare, mistakes can happen on my end as I am a one woman team. If part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact orders@elosa.ca so that this can be addressed and corrected immediately. Please be sure to include your name, order number and images of your package in your email. 

Lost Packages

If a package gets lost, this is usually due to courier or address error. If a package is lost due to the actions of the courier, we will look into this matter and appropriate measures will be taken. Insurance is always included on the packages shipped. 

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for lost packages due to invalid or incorrect address. Please verify your details before making your purchase.
